The customer will give the operator a ticket.
Press Ticket Lookup.
Scan or enter the Ticket ID.
The ticket will be looked up and retrieved from the system. Stock items will be added to the sales window and you need to confirm that you would like to process the ticket.
If you select No the ticket will be cleared from the system and not processed. If you select Yes the ticket will be processed against the Tender setup.
The ticket will then be marked as Used in RTBS and cannot be used again.
Any ticket that has been entered incorrectly or does not exist will not register and cannot be found.
